At Kindful and Wild, through foraging, wild crafts, and mindfulness, I’ll guide you in exploring the wonders of the natural world. Together, we’ll create recipes using wild ingredients, craft herbal remedies and get creative with natural materials—all of which help you slow down, tap into your creativity, and find calm.

Nature is not just something we visit—it’s a source of inspiration, healing, and connection. As you begin to notice the beauty in the small things—like the changing seasons or the scent of wild herbs—you’ll start to care for nature in a deeper way, and in turn, nurture yourself.

Living seasonally with nature has transformed my life, and I’m excited to share that with you. Whether it’s through a foraging walk, a wild crafting workshop, a freebie, or joining my community on Facebook, you’ll find a space where you can reconnect with nature, be kind to yourself, and rediscover the joy of simply being in the moment.

About me...

Hello, I’m Hannah, the founder of

Kindful and Wild.

After years of feeling stressed out in demanding teaching roles, I discovered a renewed sense of calm and creativity while working as a ranger in community woodlands and forests. With nearly 20 years experience engaging with groups outdoors, I gathered extensive knowledge about foraging and natural crafts, and saw firsthand how connecting with nature benefits our well-being. I'm here to help you explore the beauty and creativity nature has to offer so that you can explore it's benefits too.
